A 15-Minute Call With Kunkafa’s Co-Founder | Kunkafa

Probabilities are unfamiliar to almost everyone. So every Kunkafa user, on every plan, is offered fifteen minutes on a call with the co-founder.

Most products answer a confused user with a help centre. Kunkafa answers with a call. Fifteen minutes, with the co-founder, on every plan including Free, because the thing Kunkafa hands you is a probability, and a probability is the one number almost nobody was taught to read.

The question. What do you do when the honest answer is a probability and the reader has never had to use one?
The finding. People rarely need another page of explanation. They need someone to answer their own question, about their own market, out loud.
Where Kunkafa stands. Every user, on every plan, is offered a 15-minute onboarding call with the co-founder, requested from inside the app.
What to do. Create an account, request the call, and bring the market you actually care about.

What Kunkafa hands you, in one card

Ask about a market and Kunkafa answers four things at once: how far the price could move, in which direction, by when, and Kunkafa’s confidence in getting there. The other direction sits directly below, because a card that hid it would be claiming the price cannot go there.

Gold· 12 days Example

Could Gold go up 1% within 12 days?

84%

Kunkafa’s confidence in reaching it

↓ Down 0.6% in the same period: Kunkafa’s confidence: 70%

Either, both or neither could happen.

Beneath that card sits the record: how past forecasts like it actually turned out, counted every morning on live markets. That is the whole product. Four things, and their history.

Probabilities are unfamiliar, and that is not a failing

A price is a fact. A probability is not. When Kunkafa’s confidence reads 84%, it does not say gold reaches that level; it says about 84% of past forecasts like this one got there.

That difference is small to write and large to live with. It means a forecast can be sound and still not happen. It means 84% and 52% are both honest answers, and the second is what a market hands you on most days. And it means the useful question is never “is Kunkafa right?” but “how often has Kunkafa been right about forecasts like this one, and what does that make this one worth to me?”

Nobody arrives fluent in that. Readers with twenty years of screen time are not fluent in it either; the industry spent those twenty years selling certainty instead.

So we get on a call

Fifteen minutes, with the co-founder. Not a sales representative, not a chatbot. You bring a market you actually care about, and we open it together and read it line by line: the question at the top, the moves listed under it, Kunkafa’s confidence in each, the other direction, the track record beneath, and what the confidence control changes when you drag it.

Every user matters to us, and that is not a slogan. It is the reason a founder still keeps time on the calendar for someone on a Free account. The awkward questions asked in that quarter of an hour are the reason the screen reads the way it does today.

What happens

  1. Create an account, then request the onboarding call from inside the app. It is one short form.
  2. We see the request and email you to agree a time that suits you.
  3. We meet for fifteen minutes and go through your market, your questions, and anything on the screen that is not clear.

That is all of it. No queue, no ticket number, no upgrade required.

What the call is not

It is not advice. Nobody on that call will tell you what to buy, sell or hold, and asking earns a polite refusal. Kunkafa publishes probabilities; the decision stays yours, and both directions stay possible.

It is not a sales call either. Free stays free, nothing is upsold, and a call that ends with you deciding Kunkafa is not for you is a call that did its job.

The human part is the point

Kunkafa is built to remove false certainty from a screen. What it cannot remove is the discomfort of meeting an honest number for the first time. That part is human, so we answer it with a human.

Markets are hard enough without a screen you cannot read.

Create your Kunkafa account and request the call

Probability, not prophecy. Forecast, not advice.
