What using kunkafa.com and Kunkafa Predictions means, in plain words first.

1. Who we are
Kunkafa Limited (“Kunkafa”, “we”) operates kunkafa.com and the Kunkafa Predictions app at predictions.kunkafa.com (the “Service”). Questions about these terms go to contact@kunkafa.com.
2. What the Service is
Kunkafa shows how far published market prices could move in either direction over available durations, with Kunkafa’s confidence in reaching those levels. Current confidence, published historical performance and selected past results are separate information. Alerts, saved views and authorized sharing are also available.
By using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
3. Forecasts express Kunkafa’s confidence, not advice
A forecast expresses Kunkafa’s confidence; it is not an instruction. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing recommends that you buy, sell or hold anything. Both directions remain possible in every forecast.
Past results, including the record we publish, do not promise future results. Markets can move against any forecast at any time.
4. Your account
One account per person, with an email address you control. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app; deletion removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
4a. API, MCP and active sessions
Kunkafa provides information for education and research only. Kunkafa’s data, summaries and results are not financial or investment advice and do not recommend buying, selling or holding anything.
An external AI app writes its own responses and may hallucinate, misinterpret data, omit context or suggest actions that Kunkafa has not recommended. Kunkafa does not control or endorse those independently generated responses or actions and is not responsible for them. Your legal rights and Kunkafa’s responsibility for Kunkafa’s own service remain unchanged. Check the figures, dates and meaning against Kunkafa’s source information.
Kunkafa is not responsible for statements, recommendations or actions independently generated by an external AI app, or losses caused solely by that app’s errors or misuse of information. This does not exclude Kunkafa’s responsibility for Kunkafa’s own service, fraud, or any liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These provisions apply when you connect an AI assistant or application to your Kunkafa account.
Free MCP is limited to your chosen market and does not include REST credentials. Every valid Pro account, including manually granted access, is eligible for Pro API and MCP within its authorized markets. API and MCP share account allowances; changing markets, language or credentials does not reset usage. Requests exceeding an allowance are blocked without automatic overages or additional charges.
Approve only connections you recognize and keep personal tokens private. Assistants do not need your password or sign-in codes. You can revoke connections in Account. Credential expiry or revocation stops subsequent access; it does not erase information a recipient has already received.
The app works independently across tabs, and API and MCP connections never interrupt it. Only one API or MCP connection may actively read private summaries at a time; the latest eligible request replaces the previous integration session. Usage checks, metadata, token refreshes and rejected requests do not change it. Revoke an unwanted connection in Account to stop its future access.
5. Plans, trials and payment
The Service has five plans: Free, Starter, Core, Pro and Publisher. A plan sets how many markets you follow, and the markets you follow are the only markets you can see, read and set alerts on. Starter, Core and Pro are billed monthly through Stripe and start with a 7-day free trial; Publisher is billed monthly without a trial. You can cancel at any time from Billing, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Prices and what each plan includes are shown on the plans page and may change with notice; a change never applies before your next billing period.
Invitation credit: when a new account created through your invitation link pays its first month, an amount equal to that payment is credited to your account and to theirs, applied to future renewals only. Credit is good for 12 months, is never paid as cash or refunded, does not apply to existing or reactivated accounts, self-invitations or accounts you control, is withdrawn if the first payment is refunded, and is limited to 20 credited invitations per account per year. Kunkafa may change or end the invitation credit for future invitations with notice; credit already granted stays.
The Publisher plan includes a limited licence: while your Publisher subscription is active you may publish the figures Kunkafa publishes inside your own app or another service, provided each place they appear shows the credit “Powered by Kunkafa”. The licence covers the published figures as Kunkafa publishes them; it does not permit producing or distributing data derived from them, collecting, storing or mirroring the feed as an archive, reselling the raw figures, or using Kunkafa information to train, evaluate or distil models; those uses stay prohibited on every plan. The licence ends when the subscription ends.
We do not store your card details; Stripe does. Refund requests are handled case by case: write to contact@kunkafa.com.
6. Acceptable use
Do not harvest, bulk copy, resell or reuse Kunkafa information to train, evaluate or distil competing models without our written permission. Do not bypass access limits or security. Authorized API/MCP requests and an assistant’s use of their responses for your permitted purposes are allowed within the published permissions and limits. Authorized widget embedding and Kunkafa-generated sharing remain permitted. These permissions do not authorize bulk redistribution or building a competing data archive. Collecting the feed or training models on Kunkafa data is prohibited on every plan, including Publisher, whose licence covers publishing the figures with the “Powered by Kunkafa” credit only. Breaches may result in suspension and legal action, subject to applicable law and rights that cannot be excluded.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its content, design and models belong to Kunkafa or its licensors, subject to applicable law. You may use the app and authorized integrations for your permitted purposes, embed authorized widgets and share material Kunkafa provides for sharing. Uses beyond these permissions require our written consent unless applicable law permits them. A notice does not make public information secret or technically prevent its collection; enforceability and legal protection depend on applicable law.
8. Liability
In plain words: we provide the Service as it is, we do not promise it will be accurate, available or suited to any purpose, and we are not liable for losses from using it.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KUNKAFA, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify Kunkafa against claims arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these terms.
9. Ending the Service
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, and we may change or discontinue parts of the Service; where we can, we give notice.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kunkafa Limited is registered, and disputes go to its courts, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be taken away. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the date of the current version; continued use after a change means you accept it.
