How Kunkafa calculates fees and net profit
For a long trade, gross profit or loss is (exit − entry) × quantity × multiplier. For a short trade, reverse the price difference. Entry and exit fees are charged separately against the corresponding notional values. Net profit subtracts both fees and your other total costs.
The example buys 20 shares at $100 and sells at $110. Gross profit is $200. At the illustrative 0.1% rate on each side, fees are $2 plus $2.20, leaving $195.80. These editable rates do not represent a particular exchange, broker or account tier.
For units U, direction s (1 for long or −1 for short), entry E, entry rate a, exit rate b and fixed costs C, break-even exit = (sE + Ea + C/U) ÷ (s − b). Rates are decimal fractions. The exit fee changes with the exit price; break-even includes that change.
Use multiplier 1 for shares, or enter units per contract for a linear instrument. All prices and costs must use USD. Inverse contracts, currency conversion, partial fills and tiered minimum commissions are unsupported. Funding, borrowing, spreads and slippage are included only if you add them to other total costs. Taxes are excluded. Neither margin nor liquidation is modeled.
